i've taken some pictures of the laundry and the guest room that i've been working on "decorating". i just refuse to paint right now, so i did as much as i could without painting and i have to say that i love the rooms. and it was super thrifty-the best part! i actually enjoy being in the laundry room, where i spend 95% of my time it seems:) and maybe now that i've spruced up the guest room people will come visit? yeah, no? it was worth a shot:)
next on the list... as in like tonight or tomorrow, painting the front door! i can't wait. i just can't stand the ugly white steel door now but i think with a coat of paint and some pretty numbers it will be just what i want. hopefully it's as simple as everyone says... then again, it's me so i'll probably find some way to mess it up. oh well, that's the best way to learn right? ;-)
there are also a few random pictures in there of our beautiful peonies that are blooming out front. i cut a few and put them in a vase on the dining room table and they are so pretty and smell great! there is also a magnificent picture of a rainbow we had the other night after the rain finished. i think it's the most radiant and distinct rainbow i've ever seen:)
