Doctor's appointment

Today I had a doctor's appointment and there is good news! I am almost 3 centimeters dilated, 60% effaced and at a -1 station for all of you who know what that means:) I'm so happy to hear that, so basically that means I could go into labor tomorrow (doubtful) or in three weeks. It doesn't really tell us much except that the process in underway. Baby Allie will be here soon! We will know more at the appointment next week since we'll be able to see the progression from this week to then. I did (still) measure small (belly wise) but this time it's about 4 centimeters small as opposed to the 1 centimeter it's been. There's no reason to be alarmed but they are going to do an ultrasound tomorrow to check Allie's exact weight and measurements. It's just a precaution. (I did the same thing with Madison in the last couple of weeks.) Allie will more than likely be a little peanut like Madison was.

Oh, and just a little side note... we've changed Allie's middle name but we're going to keep it a secret until she arrives, there needs to be some suspense!!
