Father's day weekend we went camping in the Poudre Canyon. It was beautiful. Most of the drive was along the Poudre River, and the best part of it all as that it was only an hour and a half from our house! We found a great spot in Pingree Park (part of the canyon). You weren't getting to where we camped unless you had a four-wheel drive:) It was Madison's first camping trip as a "big girl". She LOVED it as you will see. We were really nervous about camping in Colorado because a lot of it is expensive, something we are not used to. However, the spot we found was secluded and FREE! While we were there, we picked out our spots for next time:) We hope you enjoy the pictures!
